AT & T launches Pantech Discover at CES 2013.

This is the Most Cheapest & Smartest Smartphones as it is Feature Rich Smartphones Running on Android 4.0 ( ICS ). 

Pantech Discover is the latest addition to the AT & T available for $ 49.99. A 4G LTE Smartphone with Large display of 4.8 inches of HD Display ( 1280 x 720 ) and an impressive 12.6 MP Camera with 4 x of Digital Zoom as well as it can Record HD Video of 1080p ( 1920 x 1080 ) at 30 Frames/sec.

Discover also provides the rich sound Experience which can be useful for listening music and Watching Movies. Its also have NFC tags which are use for share music, files, contents etc.
